NIRMAYA HEALTH & HYGIENE CAMP

Maaiya Social Change Front Foundation recently organized a comprehensive health camp and sanitary napkin distribution drive at Tarup Panchayat, Ratu Block, Ranchi, under its flagship Nirmaya Program.
The initiative aimed to bridge the healthcare gap in rural communities by providing free medical consultations, essential check-ups, and raising awareness about reproductive health. As a core component of the Nirmaya Program’s mission to combat period poverty and promote menstrual hygiene, high-quality sanitary napkins were distributed to women and young girls in the panchayat. Local healthcare volunteers and advocates also conducted interactive sessions to break social stigmas surrounding menstruation, emphasizing clean and safe health practices to empower the community’s women.
